To provide and administer trustee services; to perform identity verification, anti-money-laundering (AML), and sanctions screening; to comply with FAA, tax, and other legal obligations; to communicate with you; and to operate and secure our website.
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (including AML and sanctions laws), for our legitimate interests in operating the business, and with your consent where required.
By the nature of aircraft registration, certain owner/trustee information is filed with and published by the FAA Aircraft Registry. We also share data, as needed, with escrow and title agents, the International Registry, regulators and law-enforcement where legally required, and vetted service providers (e.g., secure hosting). We do not sell your personal data.
Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We retain KYC and transaction records for the life of the trust and for the period required by applicable law after termination (typically several years), then securely delete or anonymize them.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and role-based permissions. Submissions through our client portal are stored in encrypted storage and accessible only to authorized staff.
Subject to law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact privacy@passionjet.com. Some data must be retained to meet legal obligations.
