PassionJet provides U.S. citizen owner-trustee and aircraft-registration administration services. Information on this site is general and does not constitute an offer, advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.
PassionJet is a trust services company. Nothing on this site or in our services is legal, tax, regulatory, or financial advice. Obtain independent advice from qualified aviation counsel and tax advisors before entering into any trust or transaction.
Our services are conditional on satisfactory identity verification, AML due diligence, and sanctions screening. We may decline or terminate any engagement and may be required to make reports where legal concerns arise.
Fees are set out in our Fee Schedule and the applicable Engagement Letter and are subject to change. Published figures are indicative until confirmed in a written proposal.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information; to keep it current; and to use the site and our services lawfully.
The site content, branding, and document templates are owned by PassionJet or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information is complete or current.
